Omurice (オムライス, Omu-raisu) is a fluffy egg omelet upside down served on top of oval-shaped fried rice, usually served with ketchup or demi-glace sauce. I've been watching this wicked omurice video since 2010 and promised myself that someday when I visit Japan I HAVE to go and try this kind of omurice.
