So my 3 cool friends from Parsons, Regina Flores, Miri Park and Douglas Tran are having this awesome thing called http://FaceProject.nyc that basically will project your Instagram selfie tagged with #FACEPROJECTNYC live at Washington Square's Arc at Friday, October 24th 2014 7pm ET. Just like the pic above, where you can see my face being projected gigantically to the famous arc, lol.

And last night before I went to bed I did some experiment because I know how much Indonesians love doing selfie & how they can be so reactive to potentially-viral-thing like this, so I posted an invitation through "Path" (simply because my friends in Indonesia are in rapid transition from using Facebook to Path as their main social media platform). ....and trust me, it works! When I woke up this morning I get over 60 notifications from people I know & I don't know, and some of them even continue the message by doing "repath" from one another (--repath is simply like retweet on Twitter, or regram on Instagram).

So if you open up your Instagram and do a search on #FACEPROJECTNYC, the last couple of photos will show some Asian face and also tagged with #FromIndonesiaWithLove (LOL I made them!) Hahahaha. Last time I checked there were an additional 37 photos but I'm sure more will be coming. I think lots of my friends think that they have to do the selfie right on Friday 7PM, where in Jakarta it will be on Saturday 6AM. I might need to tell them that they don't have to wait and start posting now!

Oh and.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, REGINA! Tonight will be awesome.
