COOK: Salmon on Mash Peppery Mountain

So yesterday i was just browsing recipes using salmon as its main ingredient (you see, i have this 1 tiny slice of salmon been sitting in the fridge for about 3 days - time to utilize!), and i was drooling over when i saw this super good-looking recipe :)

The recipe calls for 4 servings - since i only have 1 salmon fillet & 1 potato (literally :p), i need to measure everything based on... instinct. And i also skipped the horseradish cream & the balsamic vinegar, so instead of making brown sauce i made white sauce. No it's not from white-wine, it's from cheese & cream plus the excess oil and fat from grilling the salmon fillet, haha.

So here it is, my Salmon on Mash Peppery Mountain :

Tasted very very good, actually. My 9 y.o brother loves it! And the grinded pepercorns on top just balances the overall dish. Next time i will experiment with the balsamic & mirin sauce.
